Important Update Effective April 1, 2025

Effective April 1, 2025, Zelle® will discontinue its standalone mobile app. All Zelle® transactions must now be conducted through a financial institution’s mobile app or online banking platform. As a Bank of Easton customer, you can continue to use Zelle® seamlessly through our mobile banking app or online banking. However, this change means you will only be able to send money to recipients who are enrolled with Zelle® through their financial institution.

How to Access Zelle® through your Bank of Easton online banking:

  • Log In: Access your Bank of Easton online banking account on your computer or mobile app. 
  • Navigate to Zelle®: Go to the “Bill Pay” section and select “Send Money with Zelle®.”
  • Enroll: Accept the terms and conditions, enter your email address or U.S. mobile phone number, and verify your information with the one-time code sent to you.
  • Start Sending and Receiving: Once enrolled, you can send money to friends, family, and others you trust using their email address or U.S. mobile phone number.

Zelle® is a convenient way to send money directly between U.S. bank accounts, typically within minutes. It’s integrated into Bank of Easton’s online and mobile banking platforms, allowing you to send and receive money without needing a separate app.

Who can I send money to with Zelle®?

You can send money to friends, family, and others you trust who have a U.S. bank account and are enrolled with Zelle® through their financial institution. 

How do I use Zelle® in online banking?

To Send Money: Log in to Bank of Easton through your computer or mobile banking app, navigate to “Bill Pay,” select “Send Money with Zelle®,” add your recipient’s email address or U.S. mobile phone number, enter the amount, and confirm.

To Receive Money: Share your enrolled email address or U.S. mobile phone number with the sender. Once they send the money, it will be deposited directly into your Bank of Easton account, typically within minutes.

Is my information secure?

Yes, when you use Zelle® through Bank of Easton’s online or mobile banking, your information is protected with the same security measures we use to keep your bank account safe.
